I have been frequenting the dentist lately- it is getting expensive! I had to have a temporary crown put on last time, and it kinda hurts still =( I have to go back and have a wisdom tooth pulled =( That's in February.
I have been doing really well with exercising and eating healthy. Yesterday, I walked with my co-worker around a lake, it was so beautiful. I haven't been outside for a long time, and it makes me sad to think of what I've been missing out. So I will be adding outdoorsy activities to my new year's resolution list.
I feel so much more energy to do things! It's so foreign to me! But I love it!
I am going to the smithsonian this weekend! I'm so super excited! Also going to see Avatar at the Imax- I've never been to an Imax theater!
Today My coworkers and I walked around the store- there is a "racetrack" and it is 1/4 of a mile. We went on our fifteen minute break and just zoomed through the store! We walked a mile. It was really awesome. We can exercise at work! on our two fifteens it will be two miles a day. I'm super excited about that. So Monday Wednesday Friday we are gonna walk outside, and Tuesday and Thursday we are gonna do the walks on our breaks. It's so easy. I don't know why I let myself get this bad. It's gonna take some hard work to get to where I want to be, but it's going to be worth it. I have such a STRONG support that it's making it so much easier than I thought! Im so glad that we are all doing it together.
For dinner tonight I'm making rosemary chicken, brown rice, and salad. :)
